Rep for anyone that can help me

^2 means squared

If F(x)=x^2+3x-5, find in the simplest form F(2+h)-F(2) over h ,where h is not equal to 0.

I'm really thrown by the simplest form? I've only done them where I have to find it given something being greater, equal or less to or to sketch them and then find like f(-2)-f(2) and stuff like that.

$f(x)=x^2+3x-5\;\;\;\;\;\;\;f(2) =5\\ \frac{f(2+h)-f(2)}{h} \\ =\frac{[(2+h)^2+3(2+h)-5]-5}{h} \\ =\frac{4+4h+h^2+6+3h-5-5}{h} \\ =\frac{h^2+7h}{h} \\=h+7$

If there's supposed to be a limit out the front so that h approaches zero, then now you can do that.
