is it important to do well at plane geometry if i want to do 4u next year? i looked through ext1 and ext2 topics and they dont really have anything to do with geometry, except circle geometry.

plane geometry? you mean like sketching graphs and the like? there's plenty of that!

euclidean geometry? you don't even need that you move away from euclidean geometry at uni but a general understanding is helpful (i seriously dont know what the fuck about eucliean geo).

Well, know it well enough to do well in that area in 3 unit, and you should be fine, haven't encountered much, if any plane geometry in 4 unit yet. Circle geometry's a given though, it's in the harder 3 unit topic.
