I've been meaning to grab a copy and have a read of it but haven't had the real chance to sit down lately. So can anyone confirm if it's a book worthy of reading?
I'm being serious here.
Did you do Germany for your mod hist paper? If so, you choose Albert Speer as your personality?settle*precious said:It is a book, Hitler wrote it after the Munich Putsch (I think?) before he became chancellor...
FRIG WHY CAN'T I REMEMBER THIS STUFF WHEN I'M ACTUALLY IN THE EXAM!
Ahhhh ok lol.settle*precious said:Yeah I did Germany... but, no we did Leni Riefenstahl.
Oh really? How'd you go with the personality question?Rebekkie said:i've read small chunks of it. not really worth the time or effort.

You did someone who WASN'T your personality? You're brave! I HATED the personality question "history is about winners" seriously its was stupid.Mantello said:Oh really? How'd you go with the personality question?
I did Speer as the personality. But the rest of my class were doing Trotsky...omg i'm a rebel!
I started studying Albert Speer after I found Trotsky to be as boring as bat shit which was around just after the Trials. My cousin did him as a personality when she did her hsc a few years ago, so she gave me all her notes. Pretty lucky.settle*precious said:You did someone who WASN'T your personality? You're brave! My dad's friend wrote the paper and I felt like slapping him.
It just seemed too subjective, really.
