MID YEAR Entry ADmission Chances 88(ATAR) (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys, I completed my yr 12 from India (i'm an australian resident though) and acc. to the universities they put my ATAR at 88.
I'm applying thru mid year entry for engineering. Do people usually get MiD Yr admission with this ATAR. U ask the uni and they say "oh, we can't tell....it changes",
so i decided to put my problem Thru more a Enlightened Community, Help me people!!

What university is this for? I got an 88 too and i'm pretty sure it will get you into every uni for engineering in NSW except UNSW for first semester atleast, i'm sure it would be no different now. UNSW depends on bonus marks at just 88 atar, and you wouldn't be eligible for HSC Plus so UNSW is unlikely. I do know someone who got into UNSW for telecom engineering which has same course code as Electrical and he only had an 86-ish atar - but once again HSC Plus was probably to thank for that. Oh, unless you want to do material science engineeing at UNSW. For whatever reason that's quite a bit lower.
