Hey all, was just looking at the Monash Course outline and first year seems to have some law subjects, wordy stuff etc. Was just wondering if any Monash students could tell me how these subjects are assesed? Exams (writing essay under exam conditions), Essay assignments (take home essay) or some other method.

the law assessed in monash med is very basic and in relation to future medical practice for example, negligence, disclosure, duty of care, confidentiality, mandatory reporting, etc...its assessed via SAQs (short answer questions) mainly and most of the time is as simple as rattling off what a particular legislation is about...
