Unless of course you happen to know about the law and stuff. But I'm pretty sure you have to be part of the MULS

Research the case law, decide what your submissions are and which speaker is gonna present which submission, etc. Get comfortable with saying 'may it please the court...', 'your honour', 'learned friend/colleague' and other courtroom-speak.

All easier said than done tho.

And be warned, you WILL be asked questions from the judge(s)!
