for japanese i have to listen to audio files (here ) which are in QuickTime form.

It's bloody annoying cos I have to wait for it to reload each time I go to the page, and I bloody hate QuickTime. Plus, the files are always at least 1/2MB+ each. To do one chapter's homework is a hell of a lot of downloading.

I downloaded some of the files (long story) but the thing is, I'd like to burn em onto a CD so I can listen to them in my room, without having to jump on the computer each time.. any suggestions?

1. Open up quicktime
2. Open up Windows Sound recorder (accessories > entertainment)
3. Place mic near to your speakers
4. Press play in quicktime
5. Press record in sound recorder
6. Sit back and relax while it converts .mov to .wav!*

Or better yet MSN me nancy, i've got a program that can record sounds playing in the background of windows, so that you can record it to wave and convert them to whatever format you desire.

why would u play through speakers and record through mic? that's reducing quality.

u can set it up so it records the output direct

or just use MMJB!

www.doom9.org will have some tools that do what you want.
