MPGA to MP3 or WMA (1 Viewer)

How do you convert an audio mpga file to an mp3 or wma file without using a cd burner? Also when i try to burn something it doesn't burn becasue it says i have to put in a blank cd, however when i do put a blank cd inside it still reads it as not being blank...how ca i fix this prob....

could be a dud, have you tried other brands of discs?

nope i think my cd burner has permanently died....i tried so many brands of cds and still it classifies the blank cd as not blank
