I got the same as you except for a couple. Question 14 is A because you only use " " for text.

I had 19 as C,
17 I had C,

are you sure about 7.?? That is a perfect Shared Database. However shared isn't an option...so i put Client-Server.

Ok yeh, I got similar...a few different.

I got:
1.B
2.C
3.A
4.D
5.B
6.A
7.D -I was unsure if it was C or D, as I thought C would not be stored on one computer, but many and "distributed"?
8.C
9.B
10.D
11.B (I'm pretty sure it is B)
12.C
13.D (It's either C or D, depending on what way you wanted to check it, so i think the answer could be C OR D?)
14.A (You put B, as explained above)
15.A (or B?) I thought analysing for some weird reason, can anyone confirm what the answer is?
16.C (random guess)
17.A (unsure what the diagram was going on about)
18.D
19.B
20.B (was unsure)

I think I'll try to explain my reasoning of Question 16 to see if I got it right or not.

I put A because the other options don't fit the diagram. If you look the payment details aren't made to make a booking, they are made to process the payment. The customer does not provide payment details, nor does the customer receive a receipt (sounds stupid, but thats how the diagram's drawn).

Is this right?

I thought that the sequencing for the last three was a little inconsistent, and I didn't think it was Flash. If it spun round clockwise the sequence would be A C E B D wouldn't it? The closest thing was D so I just put that. I didn't think it was magnetic tape as that's sequential and the order sequence didn't work in the diagram. The magnetic disk's sequence also didn't work, but does anyone know for sure?

flash memory does not have a read/write head mate
i answered it without even concentrating on the sequence part, i know that hard drives can be accessed in any sequence so i put c straight away
