music 1 or music 2? (1 Viewer)

hi guys i need some advice about this..
i am currently doing music 1 at school and am deciding to move up to music 2 through a corresponding course (because my current school doesnt offer it)
do you think it is worth it? or
should i just stay where i am and continue with music 1?
please help

It really depends on alot of things, but if you feel that you are better suited to doing music 2 and you are unhappy doing music 1, then its worth considering changing. I guess at the same time however, you've got to consider the implications of doing the course by correspondance as opposed to doing it through your school. I believe ( correct me if I'm wrong) that music is very much about people, eg- performing to people, listening to them play, listening to certain peoples opinions on certain pieces etc. so in that sense, maybe it might be better if you stay in music 1 so you dont miss out on that face to face contact?
Anyway, my advice is to just do the course that you feel is right for you..if that makes it any easier!

The short answer is music 2.
