anyone else love musicals? cuzim addicted! les miserab, phantom of the opera.. and i just saw tarzan the musical on broadway in NYC. IT WAS AMAZINGG! phil collins does such a good job with all the music- awesome lyrics and a sweet recreation of the classic. a coworker at UMGD had me listen to a few of the tracks before i went on my trip- i guess the cd doesnt come out until around june 27th, but u can preview some of the stuff

Man, I love musicals sososososoooo much. The best ones I've seen were The Phantom Of The Opera, Anything Goes, Oliver, Beauty and The Beast, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Crazy For You [all West End productions] + heaps of others.

I always go musical mad when I'm in London because it's such a shame that we rarely have great productions here in Australia (and even when we do, the casts just don't compare to the ones on Broadway and the West End at all).

I looooooove Cole Porter with all my heart. He's a genius!!!!
Andrew Lloyd Webber is also completely ace.

Oh, and I perform in musicals too.

I saw The Boy From Oz when it played here about... 8 years ago maybe?
I wasn't too fussed by it, really. But, then again, I don't like Peter Allen or his music very much at all.

Oh, I also saw Les Mis when I was about 7 years old... that was incredible. I can't believe I made it the whole way through and actually enjoyed it immensely at such a young age!

i love watching musicals esp the older ones State Fair has always been a favorite as well as oklahoma and singing in the rain. we just got the rogers and hamestin box set and its really good my friends and i always have musical nights which are very fun i wish there were more stage musicals in oz cant wait to go overseas and see them all
