Can someone please tell me if I need any improvements on this essay... The question was:

Evaluate the effectiveness of the law relating to the family in achieving justice for the individual and justice for society.

You're essay is pretty good, but you could improve it by also including a paragraph about child care and custody and stuff, like how the custody of children is handled, what the problems are with that etc..
