im doing my irp on self harm in youths part of my research is a survey but i am not sure what questions to include any suggestions would be great!!!
also if anyone that does or has self harmed or that is close to someone that does is willing to be interviewed i would b very greatful

hey, not sure if i can help...but y dont you relate it to the emotional wellbeing of a person? if you havnt got any questions, try something like..

1. Do you believe an individuals emotional wellbeing contributes to self harm?
2. Do you think, self harm, is okay under any circumstance?
3a) Do you know of anyone who has harmed themselves in any way?
b) If so, how old were they?
c) Do you know the cause of them to result in doing this?

Ok, well hope this helps!! Remember to add, right at the beginning, that the questionnaire is purely school based, private & confidential and that if some of the questions seem unappropriate, then they dont have to feel obliged to answer it...Cuz' some people might take offence to it.
