my new logitech speakers dont work (1 Viewer)

hey guys i just bought some new logitech speakers today and only 2 out of 5 work

this also happened to the previous speakers i had

all the settings in the control panel are right... as far as i know (well the thing is set to 5.1 speakers because its the 5.1 speakers from logitech [logitech x530])

so ANY help would be appreciated

You sure you plugged the cables into your sound card right? If you had the exact same problem with previous speakers, chances are you're doing something wrong.
