n award warning letter yr11 (1 Viewer)

So I recently got a letter sent home just telling my parents I got 42% for my maths test. I don't know if it's an n-award warning letter or not because it doesn't really mention anything about an n-award. It just says to make sure I "make a sustained effort in completing homework" to make my grades improve etc. However, it has a return slip at the bottom of the page that my parents have to sign and return although it looks nothing like the templates online.

Does anyone know if this is an n-award warning letter because I'm kinda worried...

It's probably not but it probably has a return slip because they want to make sure your parents have seen the note
