Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could help me get my head around natural law. I was given a question asking to explain what it is, but after reading up on it I just got somewhat confused. Only minor, I know but help would be appreciated. :p

Natural law is the sense of right and wrong that you are born with. It's the right way of acting responsibly as a human being...sort of like human reason. For eg. everyone knows that actions of murder, stealing and rape are morally wrong. No one needs to point that out to you because it's something you clearly know. It's historically been linked to God and seen as a higher law where a "higher power" directs you towards doing good.

Hope that has helped..kinda..sorta.. but yeah it can be hard to get your head around:)
