Nature of Justice (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if anyone knows what the nature of justice means. I have come across questions such as "Discuss how equity influences the nature of justice in Australia" and "Discuss how equality influences the nature of justice in Australia". I have read about the themes of the legal studies course, but I am very unsure about the nature of justice. Thankyou very much.

just in case anyone else wanted this:

I'm not sure about this at all but, by "nature" of justice i would first define justice and all its characteristics. Then i would talk about how equity was developed to produce justice.

If you have the Heinemann textbook (i have the 2nd edition) it should be on page 21 (The relationship between justice, fairness and equity)
