So how many people here are going to be neat in math exams? This counts towards:
Compasses
protracters
rulers (only for lines which do not involve graph drawing)
those auto shape things which draws shapes for you

and stuff like that. Im not sure if i want to draw neat circles as i always find it to be stupid anyway.

Well, ill use a ruler for graphs but thats it. Im quite messy in my maths working out and its not gonna be helped by us having to use those jumbo BOS lines....

What auto shape things?

I'll take all the other stuff.

Cause in the half yearlys I forgot my ruler & I had to draw graphs free hand!!!!

its not really how messy your writing is or where your writing is but actually on your graphs and cirlces and such. cause i think i vagely remember hearing my teacher say that if graphs and cirlces and such are not in pencil, and drawn with the prper apperatus then you will lose marks

for non general math all u really -need- is a pen and a ruler

no need for mathaids and templates
waste of time
just get the genreal shape right

plus u rgonna have 8 -10 pages on ur desk to juggle
last thing u need is more crap

not that they take marks, its that it pisses them off. But they should be able to follow our work i think.

wudnt want that happening in the real thing. They take each question and send em to different places for marking. So if your answers r everywhere, then a booklet or two might be lost in transit? :p And that would be a real shame.... :)

If you live near Sutho, try the stationary/stationery (sp?) shop there. (mayhap it's a stationary Stationery Shop?)
