Hi guys I need a concept of belonging in relation to "Of mice and men". I also need one literary techniques (metaphors etc.) and one quote which support this concept. Plz help me guys, I'm absolutely struggling.

Concept: The connection between Lennie and George.
Technique: The sense of ease they feel in their surroundings (bucolic imagery)

Why did you choose to do Of Mice and Men if you can't even find a concept of belonging? What's the point in choosing a related text when you can't even analyse it properly? You're meant to choose your related texts based on their relevance to your core text, in terms of Belonging.
