I'm confused a tad.

He is the guy who wrote Ivory Trail correct?

Why would you need his material on journeys.. I assume you are using it as your extra material?

>< unfortunately I never read that book either.

However, my advice to you is to not use that text if you have not read it beforehand at least 2-3 times, especially if your 1st English Assessment task is coming up like this week or the next. Settle in for something easier to analyse as your related text(s).

However, out of curiousity, can you tell me if your assignment/assessment requires you to use 2 outside related texts (apart from your stimulus related text)?

Because, if so, remember that you do need to somehow link the ideas of your physical journey between your 3 related texts and your prescribed text.

Though  if you do need help, post in here :p or somewhere in this sub-forum, and I'd be more than happy to help you out.

Nice! Remember to add in some spiffy quotes that relate to the journey as well. When I used 7 Years into Tibet as my related text this year, I could successfully blend together a technique and a quote together, try doing that as well for your assessment, especially if its an essay format.
