Just a question...

What is meant by 'Rhetorical form', as in "Describe the rhetorical form of the monologue..."?

The best thing, when you are not sure is to ask your English teacher for clarification, but rhetorical form of monologue might be like a type of way by which you define what a monologue is, i.e. rhetorical form is usually spoken dialogue, but it is the character speaking to themselves alone on a stage... but it also depends on whether it was a specific question i.e. whether a monologue passage was specified, but hope this helped:)
