There are incomplete hscs by topic here:

(incomplete in that it is hsc topics only, excluding prelim topics which unlike in other subjects are examinable in the hsc exam for mathematics)

(also incomplete that it is 1984-1997, but hsc exams went from 1967-2014 so far)
