No confirmation of enrolment letter (1 Viewer)

I enrolled on the 25th of January for B Commerce and haven't yet received a confirmation of enrolment letter. Are they just slow, or should I ring them?

I rang them today, and they said not to worry until mid february as it is not unusual that you haven't received it yet

same deal for me, cept i do commerce lib studies, dont worry about it im sure they'll get it out by the end of this week. if you havent recieved anything by fri, myabe ring then
