The N91 model is the company's first with a 4-gigabyte hard drive for music files. It also features the industry standard 3.5mm stereo headset and ability to transfer music files from the PC.
The new handset supports digital music formats including MP3, M4A, AAC and WMA, and contains connectivity options such as WLan and Bluetooth wireless technology to enable users to buy music online from the operator's music store.
The model also allows consumers to share playlists via multimedia message, email or Bluetooth.
The Nokia N91 is part of Nokia's new range of Nseries phones. The N90 and N70 handsets, revealed alongside the N91, are reported to contain 2-megapixel cameras.
The Nokia N91 is expected to become commercially available worldwide by the end of 2005.
