There's millions.
Ones about actively choosing not to belong, barriers to belonging, the impacts of not belonging etc.

What things are you discussing from your 2 texts?

you are to discuss How a sense of belonging can emerge form connections made with on or more the following: people, places, groups, communtities and the larger world.

i have decieded to do not belonging because peter skrzynecki poems, i feel are about not belonging and his struggles with it.
just a general statement or ideas about not belonging.

Hmmm, I'm not sure with that question if you can just do solely not belonging, it does ask HOW a sense of belonging can emerge, not NOT BELONGING. It sounds like it's simply asking you how those aspects influence belonging, however you can and SHOULD (imho) talk about both sides in 2-3 aspects. I mean if you talk about how they emerge, you can talk about what inhibits them. I feel just doing one limits your response.

I think you are less limited one, so encompassing both aspects would be good. Your thesis should be introduced early on, and reinforced throughout.
