NRAS - National Rental Affordability Scheme (1 Viewer)

I'm studying interstate. Currently living in a residential college and looking to move to UniLodge next year where there is an NRAS scholarship available.
I am currently unemployed and a full time student. I get allowance from my parents.
I'm ineligible for Centrelink Youth Allowance because of my parents' income, but would I be eligible for NRAS?

You would need some form of income to be eligible for NRAS
