Some time last year i remember reading a document explaining all about transfering between instituitons, which was linked by someone on this forum.
It was a pdf file, and for some reason i think it may have been on maq unis site. It was a dozen or so pages, with tables showing the relationship between GPAs and UAIs etc.
Id appreciate if anyone that remembers this document could post it here agian
