I have this booklet right and it has to be done like by tomorrow so i need to hurry up and do it but i just dont know what to do.
Im still going to do it but i prob hand it in tomorrow but can you still help me.Here are all the questions i need to do.

What do you think should be the main elements of an athletes diet:
A before activity
B During activity

Exercise 3
Design a pre event or pre competition main meal for an athlete in a specific sport naming the foods their respective proportions and the reasons why these foods were selected
Exercise 5
Under what circumstances might an athlete require diatary supplementation?Consider the issues associated with female endurance athletes and adolescent female athletes in heavy training.
Exercise 6
How might carbohydrate loading differ between endurance and sprint or power athletes
Exercise 7
Devise 2 sample meals for an endurance athlete,one for the depletion phase of carbohydrate loading and the other for the loading phase.

Compare and contrast the pre performance diets of the following athletes consider each athletes diet in terms of
#use of diet supplements
#fluid intake levels
#food consumed
A a weight lifter and a soccer player

Discuss the claims made by manufactures of sports drinks in relation to body temperature regulation and fluid intake
compare and contrast the ingredients of three different sports drink and how do they differ from each other and from plain water.what are your conclusions and what drink would you recommend?
