Is it true that onli people who do Maths extension1/2 can get 100 raw in maths 2 unit?

No...in fact, students who get 100 raw in Maths will be doing either Maths alone or Maths + MX1. (unless they've accelerated which is the separate case, but at that point, they would not have been doing MX2 anyways)
