Hi everyone! I'm Dulan, I graduated from Cherrybrook Technology High School in 2023 and am currently studying electrical engineering and computer science at UNSW.
I scored a 95 for 3U (rank 1 internally) and 96 for 4U (rank 2 internally) with an ATAR of 97.80.
Throughout my senior years I've struggled a lot with those hard band 6 questions, so I know what it's like to feel like you're hitting your head over and over again on the same problems. But trust me - you will inevitably get it, and I can help you get there faster. Or, if you're just struggling on understanding topics, I can broach them to you in an intuitive way and give you examples and questions to guide you there. On top of that - depending on what mark you're gunning for - I can track your progress throughout the year and make sure you're fully revised for your internals and extra ready for the HSC.

About my approach as a tutor:
I believe that teaching should help facilitate the intuition that comes behind understanding topics and problems. This means that we need to think about how to intuitively solve a problem before attempting it, instead of just rote learning a method - since this won't work on hard problems and you're a lot less likely to remember it long term. The process of learning intuitive allows your brain to generalize problems, making you faster and more consistent. But ultimately, the only way to build these connections and keep them strong, is to practice and revise and I can help you make sure that you're doing that properly by tracking your progress and giving relevant practice problems.
