when does offer come out on the news paper?
what is written on the newspaper when it is put in the newspaper? (liek is it with your name? or what?

For last year, the offers in newspapers came out the day UAC release the offer. (if you want it earlier, like the HSC honour roll, you can go to selected stores and get it at 10 pm the day before).
In thre paper, your name and the UAC course code of your offer is published.

i thought offers came out in papers on the 20th, as offers are e-released @ 9pm on the 19th, however, as survivor39 points out u can prolly get a late/early edition paper with them in.

i think they have previously put a list of service stations selling them early up on the net the day before.. i cant seem to find a list of the ones that did it last yr (its usually the same ones though)

Ooh I found my copy of last year's offers section in SMH - I should start recycling these newspapers.

They list your last name and initials and course code. If applicants have the same last name and initials, first names are shown. A postcode is used to distinguish between two or more applicants with the same name.

Yep you're right llamalope.

The offers list does not include:
- offers to postgraduate and non-degree courses, or to miscellaneous or non-award studients;
- offers to fee-based courses for Australian students.

the newspaper will probably also have a listing of course codes and corresponding course names. tends to make it pretty easy for people to look up what you got into.

hey, does anyone know if the non yr 12 peoples are listed? coz I thought I read last yr that the newspapers only listed the yr 12s, but then other people said they thought the non yr 12s were listed too.
