some kid in my grade bet me 5 bucks that in the 2005 hsc that the only subject that will scale up is 4 unit maths i was like ahh bs like physics and sdd and 4 unit enlish scale up aswell so who wins the bet?

you win the bet. if he clearly said that the 2005 hsc will have 4unit maths as the only scale up subject - guess what.. he is wrong.. according to this site, there are about 30ish subjects that scale up, and have regularly scaled up in the years...
the 5 bucks is rightfully yours

yer subjects ext 1/2 sub, eg english history.. plus sciences eco languages... plenty

SDD will hopefully have higher scaling as the years go by, too... I'm hoping a higher calibre of students will take it when the bludgers realise it isn't a good "bludge and do OK...ish" subject.
