Hi guys.

i've been running 5 times a week for about 30 minutes at about 10km/h.

i do some weight training as well, and i do a few classes a week (dance, aerobics etc.)

i also swim laps at an average of twice a week.

i'm fit, i dont really sweat much anymore when i work out, and i'm feeling a lot better (sleeping well, better skin etc.)

my problem is that i recently had an IUD put in which is a low dose hormonal implant for contraceptive purposes.

this has made me gain about 8kg in the last month, and it looks awful on me.

i try to cut down on my calories, but i've always eaten well, so this hasnt really helped at all.

i've also increased my workout slightly, but i work/study and dont have time for much more.

honestly this is horrible. my stomach was just getting nice and flat and now it's strange and lumpy.

this IUD was very expensive/painful and having it removed isnt an option.

does anyone have any ideas of ways to lose this extra weight (i was 58kg, now am 66kg) and keep it off?

i'm a bees dick away from giving up....
