Hey guys,
the teachers at my school told us that in Section 3 of Paper 1, the markers are really just looking for strong links between ur texts and ur ability to write a lot.
i dno if the latter is true, however I do think strong links between texts is critical.
But I have no idea in terms of making "strong" links as such. Like I can use words such as "similarly, likewise, furthermore, however .." and all that to make subtle comparisons, but WHAT is it that we have to COMPARE between TEXTS?
Is it the techniques that are common?
The notion of journey?
What is it exactly we have to LINK between texts?
I have no clue!
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks guys.
