Hey all, looking for some assistance with PAREE and BROLA

What do they stand for and how do I utilize them in order to evaluate a law?

Thanks

They sound like the acronyms for evaluating the law for the individual and society but I dont remember what they stand for, hopefully someone who did their HSC last year can tell you.

Hey mate.

I think PAREE is
Protection of rights
Access to the law and justic
Resource efficiency
Equality
Enforceability

and BROLA is
Balance between the inteserests of individuals and society
Resource efficiency
Opportunities for enforcement, appeal and review
Law as a reflection of society's values and ethics
A - not sure.

Hope these help.
