I have a 64MB Flash drive (IBM USB 2.0)

For some unknown reason though, it'll only let me use 31.4 MB of it.

I've tried to reformat it, nothing works. My dad said it was given to him like that (from work) I reckon theres some kinda partition on it

So, the question is, how do I remove the partition or is there something else thats wrong with it that I have to fix?!

It sounds like it might be 32MB. After formatting, 31.4MB sounds about right.

See, this is a USB 2.0 flash drive and its about 8 months old so its not that new....

The other flash drive I had, which was a 128MB one was also partitioned when I got it, but I can't remember how I got rid of it... this is the problem.
