hello, I was wondering if a you can transfer from a degree in political science to Laws at a fairly good uni like Sydney university, and also, if that doesn't work, is something similar possible with doing BA in political science then doing a juris doctor

You can do a degree in Arts (political science major) and transfer to a combined degree of Arts and Law in your second year - this will depend on your first year results.

Yes, you can apply for a JD (postgrad degree) after completion of Arts (your undergraduate degree).
