Hi, I recently received an email from the PCA Cadetship team asking me to complete the competency-based assessment? Does anyone who has applied previously know what the competency-based assessment is?

It’s just a cognitive test, nothing too bad. It’s common practice in the field.

for reference, I did it 2 years ago when I went through this process.

whenever you say you're a cadet, do people assume you're in the army? or do you normally clarify straight away

well I generally say where I work in that same sentence, if not before - so that sort of clears those questions from coming up.

im in year 7, still got a long way to go bruh until i think about allat
