So, what does everyone think of the 'word/phrases?'
The least they could have done was change them from the last two years...!

Peeling
Business as Usual
The Case
Underground
Ark (did really funny soundscape with that word the other day...think seagulls)
State of Play
...can't remember the rest

It was the best GP I'd ever seen...and I've been to two onstages...

Well,
There is no rule regarding the commencement date for the group performance
apart from the fact that it must not be before the beginning of the HSC
course. The Board does, however, recommend that the group performance
should not start until the beginning of term 2.

This recommendation is so that the performance does not become stale prior
to the examinations. In fact, students who commence the development of
their group performance earlier than this may, in fact, disadvantage
themselves.

That's 'official'.

But the board deliberatly specify that a term each should be spent on cont. aust/bush and city, and studies in drama! thats a bit contradictory.

well we had our first brainstorming sesh yesterday...we have a drama class of 13 and that is DEFINITELY a bad number, me and three others had sorted out our groups but the rest was one HUGE episode of survivor or something. "ok, ok, ok, just close your eyes and POINT to who you want in your group..." and writing down names and bitching and tears... thank god for my super drama buddies.
anyway we looked at the list and decided everything on there easily relates to sex.

Ark - why do you think god wanted two of each animal? you and me baby, ain't nothin but mammals...

Business As Usual - BUSINESS, and it's pretty usual to have sex eh? (unless you're carson)

Crossing the Line - which line, eh? like the one between ABOVE and BELOW the belt??

The Case - you can have sex in a case!!

Peeling - like hello, PEELING SEX! (that was smeg who said that..)

Perpetual Motion - like duh!!!!!

State of Play - state of...FOREplay?

Underground - kinky sex

so you see it's all very easy. nah, the group in the year above us last year decided three minutes before they did theirs for the examiners which one they were going to say it was based around. they're so vague really.

yeah well we think we might do state of play - main ideas so far are a kids' pop group (the jiggles!) with our lone male in drag, and picking teams in the playground, tho might be hard w only 4...
