Yep, complete middle of nowhere. It actually has a powerful gravitational force that means you can never leave.

Seriously though, Orange is rad. Its a fairly large town, with pretty much everything you need (unless you need a 3 story nightclub with all different types of trance music on each level). If you can't deal with being away from sydney, it will suck, but thats your own damn fault.

It takes 3-3.5 hrs to get to Sydney, depending on where you are going. Some people go back every weekend, but those people don't have any friends.
