1. If photographic film is placed in either active trypsin( pH2 and pH 7.4) or active pepsin, what would you expect to see happen to the protein coat on the photographic film? WHY?

2. Do pepsin and trypsin show any pH-activity relationship? Is so, what is the biological significance of this?
