i have difficulty in understanding the procedure used by Metabolix their web site is:

from reading other posts i ahve gotten the name of the bacteria, but still i am unsure of the step by step process i have raed conquering chemistry, excell HSC but to no avail... i have even looked at HSC online.
this is due on wednesday worth 20 % any help greatly appreciated.
