I have to do a speech for english on two texts which relate to physical journey. Im doin a foreign film called 'Brides' and the Tracy Chapman song 'Fast Car'. However as well as writing techniques, we have to explain how the text connects with the concept of journeys and examine the aspects of journeys which the text explores!!

What is the differnce between the concept of journeys and the aspect of journeys????

HELP!

Concept of journey=what it is
Aspect of journey=It's effects, causes, just anything general about it

On 2nd thoughts, they're basically the same.

One example of physical journey concept/aspect: Physical journeys are a process of learning and self-development which may lead to the journeyer to find their place in the world

Check here: http://community.boredofstudies.org...1558/thesis-statements-physical-journeys.html

But make sure you choose the ones that your text actually reflects.

They are different.

The concept of the journey refers to the idea of journeys, what it is, your definition or understanding of it.

Aspects of journeys are elements, parts of it- like detours, delays, reflection, celebration or whatever.
