Okay okay, these holidays , how many related texts for adv or standard should we have found and looked over thoroughly etc. (e.g all? have an idea for all and studied many?). Also how many related texts do we need for ADV english overall and what do they have to be related to?

I suggest read/watch as many of your prescribed texts that you will be doing next year as you can, because there won't be much time to slot that in as you will have tons of work in all your subjects. Holidays is the best time to get ahead and be prepared for the school term.

hmm our teacher suggested 10-15
a bit of variety for different aspect of journey
juz in case they make any compulsory

I'd research as many as you can to have a broad knowledge or the term journey and then pick the texts you believe most agree and disagree with your prescribed and that you understand and can write enough about. Don't do what i did and wait to the last minute..
