ok, well im studying business management and as part of that, i must study business communication....

now i have been faced with this question:

use the transactional model of communication to analyse the problem of communication in the workplace.

i dont even know where 2 start. can anyone help me out please?

perhaps you could try looking through your textbooks and notes to work out what "transactional model of communication" is, if you can't find it you could try searching on the net. Once you know what it is, the question should be pretty straight forward

thats the thing, i think i actually dont understand what the question is asking...

i have been stuck on this question all day, looked it up on the net and all i get is diagrams, confusing diagrams...

i have no idea, it feels like my head is going 2 explode
