But if you wanna be a pedant, you can have:
y' = -2(e-x-ex)(e-x+ex)

just letting everyone know i got the answer to this question

and it becomes

2((-e^-2x)-(e^2x))

=]

thankyou anyways everyone. i got 1 mark for the first step being right.
but for that extra mark i needed to multiple the two brackets together. =]
