I read about this in Mx tonight and thought I'd google it when I got home.
Basically, it's a system in which you, as the uni student with odd hours of availability can sign up with a list of your employable skills, jobs you would like to do and hours you can work for the next few weeks, and employers who need people at short notice or on a regular basis - whatever - can come together and satisfy each others needs
I've had a look around, and so far it doesn't look like you need to join up to search through what kinds of jobs are available in your area, and in different industries. So, here you go struggling uni students - PloyMe
