The UAI in podiatry dropped substantially in 2008.
In 2007, the "official" UAI was 82.35.
In 2008, the "official" UAI was ~72.00.
However, students have been admitted to the program in 2007 and 2008 with UAI's substantially lower than the "official" cut-offs.
I am personally aware of friends being admitted in both years, with UAI's of 60.
It is a fact that the University often makes offers in the late round, to applicants whose UAI falls well-below the published cut-offs.
Good luck with your anatomy and biomedical science. The exams are challenging.
