ok does anyone know the technical name for when a poem reverts back to what was mentioned in the first stanza to finish off the poem... im kinda talking a recurring motif - but it has a special name it ...just ties the whole poem together relates the start to the finish etc etc

What do you mean 'ties the whole poem together'? Does it give the same view, a different view? Is it exactly the same line?

i dont think it has a word.
i usualyl refer to it as the poem going "full circle". thats my little thing. im pretty sure there's no one word.

is it reiteration? or does that just mean repeating something? no? reverberate? resonate? too many R's...

Cyclic denouement looks best. Or justaposition focused through repetition.
