when graphing polynomials is it required to graph min/max tps or points of inflexion or are the roots and y-intercept enough?

Just adding on: If they ask you to sketch a factorised polynomial such as y=(x+1)(x+2)(x+3)2 then don't worry about becuase stat points and PoI's are hard to find in that form and they won't expect you to have time to expand all that crap or use the product rule 4 times in an exam or test lol. If the question specifically asks for "...and include all important features" then it is vital that you include all the intercepts + PoI's + stat points.
